How long does shipping take?
The delivery time by DHL parcel is usually:
- 1-4 working days within Germany
- 2-5 working days outside Germany
The delivery time may be slightly delayed if there is an increased volume of shipments.
You can view the shipping status of your shipment at any time using your tracking ID.
If you have ordered at the weekend, your order will not be processed until the following working day.
Note: For orders with different items, the delivery time of the product with the longer delivery date applies. You can always find this information on the respective product.
