Thank you for your order with Hey Marly, even if you now wish to return it to us. Simply enter your order number and zip code (or phone number) to request your return. We look forward to welcoming you back to our online store soon.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once you have completed the return process, you will be provided with a return label from DHL or Exporto (for customers in Switzerland). A fee of €5.00 will be charged for shipments from Germany, €11.50 for shipments within the EU, and €18.00 for shipments from Switzerland.
