Returns
All purchased items can be returned within 14 days without giving reasons at your own expense. You can register your return in our returns portal. If you have any questions about returns, please visit our FAQ page.

The collar should be neither too tight nor too loose. As a general rule, you should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the collar and the dog’s neck.

Leather Collar Care:
The leather should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth and treated with suitable leather care products as needed. Direct exposure to water and prolonged exposure to moisture should be avoided to preserve the material and its shape.
Metal Part Care
If necessary, the metal parts can be cleaned with a soft cloth. Contact with water, perfume, or cleaning agents should be avoided whenever possible.
Please note: Over time, scratches may appear on the metal parts. This is normal wear and tear and does not constitute a quality defect.

How should the collar fit?
The collar should be neither too tight nor too loose. As a general rule, you should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the collar and the dog’s neck.

Are there any suitable leashes?
We currently do not offer our own leashes. However, you can easily attach any standard leash to our collar.
Can the Straps be used Straps a leash?
No, our Straps not designed to be used as dog leashes. They were originally designed and optimized for bags and are therefore not intended for use as dog leashes.
Could my dog swallow small parts?
Our Toppings designed to be safe under normal use. All components are securely fastened and built for durability.
However, as with any product, the following applies: Under exceptional stress—for example, if dogs pull hard on it, chew on it, or tug at it while playing—a part may come loose. This is a rare occurrence, but it cannot be completely ruled out.
We recommend checking the collar regularly to ensure maximum safety.
Is this product toxic to my dog?
No, our collar is made of 100% leather and has been tested in accordance with EU standards. It meets all relevant product safety requirements and is therefore safe for your dog.
Could my dog lose the topping?
