How long does shipping take?
The delivery time via DHL parcel is usually:
- 1–4 business days within Germany
- 2–5 business days outside Germany
In the event of increased shipping volume, delivery may be slightly delayed.
You can check the shipping status of your package at any time using your tracking ID.
If you placed your order over the weekend, it will not be processed until the next business day.
