Returns
All items can be returned within 14 days at your own expense, without providing a reason. You can register your return in our returns portal. If you have any further questions about returns, please visit our FAQ page.
Promotion: When returning a promotional item, all included in the promotion must be returned.

The collar should be neither too tight nor too loose. As a general rule, two fingers should fit comfortably between the collar and the dog's neck.

Leather Collar Care:
The leather should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth and, if necessary, treated with suitable leather care products. Direct contact with water and prolonged exposure to moisture should be avoided to preserve the material and its shape.
Metal Part Care
The metal parts can be cleaned with a soft cloth if necessary. Contact with water, perfume, or cleaning agents should be avoided as much as possible.
Please note: Over time, scratches may appear on the metal parts. This is normal wear and tear and does not indicate a quality defect.

How should the collar fit?
The collar should be neither too tight nor too loose. As a general rule, two fingers should fit comfortably between the collar and the dog's neck.

Are there any matching leashes?
Currently, we do not offer our own leashes. However, you can easily attach any commercially available leash to our collar.
Can the straps used as a leash?
No, our straps not designed to be used as dog leashes. They were originally designed and optimized for bags and are therefore not yet intended for use as dog leashes.
Can my dog swallow individual parts?
Our toppings designed to be safe under normal use. All are securely attached and designed for stability.
However, as with any product, in the event of exceptional stress—for example, if dogs pull hard on them, chew on them, or tear at them while playing—a part may come loose. This is a rare exception, but it cannot be entirely ruled out.
We recommend checking the collar regularly to ensure maximum safety.
Is this product toxic to my dog?
No, our collar is made of 100% leather and has been tested in accordance with EU standards. It meets all product safety requirements and is therefore safe for your dog.
Can my dog lose the topping?
This collar is a fashion accessory and not a functional safety or training collar. It is not designed for heavy pulling, athletic activities, or tracking applications. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that the toppings may come loose toppings heavy pulling.
