Terms and Conditions for the €1,000 New Customer Contest 05/2026: Hey Marly

By entering the contest, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions. The contest is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not available as points of contact for the contest. The organizer is Hey Marly GmbH.

Conditions of participation

  • Participation is free of charge.
  • Natural persons aged 18 and over with a valid postal address are eligible to participate.
  • Participation with forged identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.
  • This contest is open to new customers. Only users who register with a new account or email address are eligible to participate.
  • Employees of Hey Marly GmbH their family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Participation via competition clubs, participation or entry services or automated participation is excluded.
  • Each participant may only enter the competition once per e-mail address.
  • To enter the contest, participants must register via the contest registration form at the following link— https://www.heymarly.com/pages/newsletter-gewinnspiel —using a valid name and email address during the contest period.

 

  • Participation requires a newsletter subscription. This consent must be given via an additional double opt-in.
  • No product purchase is required to enter the competition.
  • The contest begins on April 30, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends on May 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
  • Prizes: A total of €1,000 in store gift cards will be given away. There will be 10 winners, each receiving the following prize:
    • 1x €100 gift card from Hey Marly
  • The winners will be selected at random on May 18, 2026.
  • The winners will be notified by email.
  • To facilitate the distribution of the prize, the winners' personal information will be shared with Hey Marly.
  • If the winners do not respond within 5 business days, the prize will be redrawn and the claim to the prize will expire.
  • If the prize cannot be allocated due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the participant's claim to the prize will lapse.
  • Hey Marly is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation or the prize draw if there are justified reasons, such as a breach of these terms and conditions of participation, manipulation, etc.
  • Reservation clause: Hey Marly reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if, for example, for technical reasons (viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
  • Hey Marly accepts no liability for the occurrence of technical problems and/or malfunctions.
  • Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
  • Legal recourse is excluded.
  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should a clause of these conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
  • Hey Marly reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
