Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without having to provide a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

Please return the items to us without delay, no later than fourteen days after you notify us of your cancellation. To meet this deadline, you need only ship the items before the fourteen-day period expires.
Note regarding return shipping costs: If you use our returns portal, the following amounts will be deducted from the value of the items to cover the cost of the shipping label:
- €5.00 for returns from Germany
- €11.50 for returns from other European countries

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are required to refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will this refund incur any charges for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
