Contest Rules

Conditions de participation
Participation is free of charge.
Participation is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who have a valid mailing address.
Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.
Employees of PURELEI GmbH Hey Marly GmbH their family members, are not eligible to participate.
Participation through contest clubs, entry or registration services, or automated participation is not permitted.
Each participant may enter the contest only once per email address.
To enter the contest, users must register during the contest period via the following link:

using a valid name and a valid email address via the contest registration form.
Participation is not contingent on subscribing to the newsletter. Consent to receive the newsletter must be given separately via a double opt-in process.
No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
The contest ends on November 5 November 2025 at 11:59 p.m..
Prix
A winner will be selected and will receive the following prizes:
- 1 €150 gift card from Hey Marly
- 1 PURELEI gift card worth 150 €
The partner for this contest is PURELEI GmbH.
The drawing to select the winner will take place on November 4, 2025.
The winner will be notified by email.
In order to award the prize, the winner's personal information will be shared with Hey Marly.
If the winner does not come forward within 5 business days, a new winner will be selected at random and the right to the prize will be forfeited.
If the prize cannot be awarded due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the right to the prize will be forfeited.
Hey Marly reserves the right to exclude certain individuals from participating or from the drawing if there are valid reasons to do so, such as a violation of these terms and conditions or fraud.
Reserve
Hey Marly reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time without notice, for example, for technical reasons (such as viruses in the computer system, tampering, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons that prevent the contest from proceeding as planned.
Hey Marly assumes no responsibility for any technical problems and/or malfunctions.
Cash payment of the price is not possible.
Legal action is not permitted.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. If any provision of these terms and conditions of participation is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
