Conditions of Participation
Participation is free of charge.
Individuals aged 18 and older with a valid mailing address are eligible to participate.
Participation using false identities or third-party identities is not permitted.
Employees of PURELEI GmbH Hey Marly GmbH their relatives, are excluded from participating.
Participation through sweepstakes clubs, participation or registration services, or automated participation is not permitted.
Each participant may enter the giveaway only once per email address.
To participate in the giveaway, users must register during the giveaway period via the following link:

with a valid name and email address using the giveaway registration form.
Participation is not tied to a newsletter subscription. Consent for this must be given separately via a double opt-in.
No purchase of a product is required to participate in the giveaway.
The giveaway ends on November 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Prize
One winner will be selected to receive the following prizes:
- 1 Hey Marly voucher worth €150
- 1 PURELEI gift certificate worth €150
The partner for this giveaway is PURELEI GmbH.
The random drawing to select the winner will take place on November 4, 2025.
The winner will be notified by email.
To award the prize, the winner's personal information will be shared with Hey Marly.
If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner will be selected and the right to the prize will be forfeited.
If the prize cannot be awarded due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the right to the prize will be forfeited.
Hey Marly reserves the right to exclude certain individuals from participation or the drawing if there are valid reasons, such as a violation of these terms and conditions or manipulation.
Disclaimer
Hey Marly reserves the right to terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice, for example, for technical reasons (such as viruses in the computer system, tampering, or hardware and/or software errors) or for legal reasons that prevent the proper conduct of the giveaway.
Hey Marly accepts no liability for any technical problems and/or malfunctions that may occur.
The prize cannot be paid out in cash.
The judges' decision is final.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
