Terms and Conditions for the €1,000 New Customer Sweepstakes 05/2026: Hey Marly

By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions. The sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not available as points of contact for the sweepstakes. The Organiser Hey Marly GmbH.

Terms and Conditions

  • Participation is free of charge.
  • Eligible participants are individuals 18 years of age or older with a valid mailing address.
  • Participation using fake identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.
  • The sweepstakes is open to new customers. Only users who register with a new account or a new email address are eligible to participate.
  • Employees of Hey Marly GmbH their relatives are not eligible to participate.
  • Participation through sweepstakes clubs, participation or registration services, or automated entries is not permitted.
  • Each participant may enter the sweepstakes only once per email address.
  • To participate in the sweepstakes, the user must register for the sweepstakes via the following link https://www.heymarly.com/pages/newsletter-gewinnspiel by providing a valid name and email address on the registration form during the sweepstakes period.

 

  • Participation is linked to a newsletter subscription. This consent must be provided through an additional double opt-in.
  • No product purchase is required to enter the sweepstakes.
  • The sweepstakes begins on April 30, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends on May 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
  • Prizes: A total of €1,000 in store gift cards will be raffled off. There will be 10 winners, each receiving the following prize:
    • 1x €100 Hey Marly store credit
  • The random drawing to select the winners will take place on May 18, 2026.
  • The winners will be notified by email.
  • The winners' personal data will be forwarded to Hey Marly for the purpose of providing the prize.
  • If the winners do not respond within 5 business days, the prize will be redrawn and the right to claim the prize will expire.
  • If the prize cannot be awarded due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the participant's claim to the prize will expire.
  • Hey Marly reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation or the drawing if there are legitimate reasons, such as a violation of these terms and conditions, manipulation, etc.
  • Reservation clause: Hey Marly reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice if, for example, due to technical reasons (viruses in the computer system, tampering, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons, the proper conduct of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Hey Marly assumes no liability for any technical problems and/or disruptions that may occur.
  • Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
  • The legal process is excluded.
  • The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
  • Hey Marly reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
