Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract withinfourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

Please return the goods to us immediately, no later than fourteen days after you notify us of your cancellation. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to ship the goods before the fourteen days have expired.
Note on return shipping costs: When using our returns portal, the following amounts will be deducted from the value of the goods to cover the shipping label:
- €5.00 for returns from Germany
- €11.50 for returns from other European countries

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
