Terms and Conditions for the "€1,000 for New Customers" Contest, May 2026: Hey Marly

By entering the contest, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions. The contest is in no way affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not available as points of contact for the contest. The organizer is Hey Marly GmbH.

Conditions de participation

  • Participation is free of charge.
  • Individuals aged 18 and older who have a valid mailing address are eligible to participate.
  • Participation using falsified identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.
  • The contest is open to new customers. Only users who register with a new account or email address are eligible to participate.
  • Employees of Hey Marly GmbH their family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Participation through contest clubs, participation or registration services, or automated entries is not permitted.
  • Each participant may enter the contest only once per email address.
  • To enter the contest, users must register for the contest via the following link —https://www.heymarly.com/pages/newsletter-gewinnspiel —using a valid name and email address for the duration of the contest via the registration form.

 

  • Participation requires a subscription to the newsletter. This consent must be given through an additional double opt-in process.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
  • The contest begins on April 30, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends on May 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
  • Prizes: A total of 1,000 € in gift cards will be awarded by random drawing. There will be 10 winners, each of whom will receive the following prize:
    • 1 gift certificate worth 100 € from Hey Marly
  • The drawing to select the winners will take place on May 18, 2026.
  • Winners will be notified by email.
  • The winners' personal information will be shared with Hey Marly for the purpose of awarding the prize.
  • If the winners do not come forward within 5 business days, the prize will be raffled off again and the right to the prize will be forfeited.
  • If the prize cannot be awarded due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the participant's right to the prize is forfeited.
  • Hey Marly reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation or the drawing if there are legitimate reasons to do so, such as a violation of these terms and conditions, fraud, etc.
  • Disclaimer: Hey Marly reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time and without notice if, for example, for technical reasons (such as a virus in the computer system, tampering, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper conduct of the contest cannot be guaranteed.
  • Hey Marly accepts no liability for any problems and/or technical malfunctions.
  • Cash payment of the price is not possible.
  • Any legal action is prohibited.
  • The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
