Competition Terms and Conditions
The organizers are Hey Marly GmbH PURELEI GmbH.
Conditions of Participation
Participation is free of charge.
Eligible participants are individuals aged 18 or older with a valid mailing address.
Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.
Employees of PURELEI GmbH Hey Marly GmbH, as well as their relatives, are not eligible to participate.
Participation through sweepstakes clubs or automated or automatic entry services is not permitted.
Each participant may enter the contest only once per email address.
To participate, users must register via the following link during the contest period: https://fr.purelei.com/pages/giveaway
by entering a valid name and email address in the contest registration form.
Participation is not contingent on subscribing to a newsletter. If a participant wishes to subscribe, they must provide their consent separately through a double opt-in process.
No product purchase is required to enter the contest.
The contest ends on November 5, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
Prize
One winner will be selected and will receive the following prizes:
- 1 voucher worth €150 from Hey Marly
- 1 voucher worth €150 from PURELEI
The partner for this competition is PURELEI GmbH.
The winner will be selected on November 4, 2025.
The winner will be notified by email.
In order to facilitate the awarding of the prize, the winner's personal information will be forwarded to Hey Marly.
If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new drawing will be held, and the right to the prize will be forfeited.
If, due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the prize cannot be awarded, the participant forfeits the right to the prize.
Hey Marly reserves the right to exclude certain individuals from participation or the drawing if there are legitimate reasons to do so, such as a violation of these terms and conditions or an attempt at manipulation.
Reservation Clause
Hey Marly reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time without prior notice, for example, due to technical issues (computer viruses, tampering, or hardware and/or software errors) or legal reasons that prevent the contest from proceeding as intended.
Hey Marly assumes no liability for technical problems and/or malfunctions.
No cash payment of the prize is permitted.
Legal recourse is excluded.
The applicable law is that of the Federal Republic of Germany. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Hey Marly reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
