Conditions of participation competition: Hey Marly x PURELEI

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the present conditions of participation. The competition is in no way connected to Facebook and Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook and Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not available as contacts for the competition. The organizers are Hey Marly GmbH and PURELEI GmbH.

Conditions of participation

  • Participation is free of charge.
  • Natural persons aged 18 and over with a valid postal address are eligible to participate.
  • Participation with forged identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.
  • Employees of PURELEI GmbH and Hey Marly GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  • Participation via competition clubs, participation or entry services or automated participation is excluded.
  • Each participant may only enter the competition once per e-mail address.
  • To participate in the competition, the user must register for the competition during the competition period via the following link https://purelei.com/pages/giveaway with a valid name and e-mail address using the registration form.
  • Participation is not linked to a newsletter subscription. This consent must be given via an additional double opt-in.
  • No product purchase is required to enter the competition.
  • The competition ends on 20.03.2025 at 23:59.
  • Prize: One winner will receive one of the following products:

- 1x 250€ voucher from Hey Marly

- 1x 250€ voucher from PURELEI

  • The partner of this competition is PURELEI GmbH.
  • The winner will be drawn at random on 21.03.2025.
  • The winner will be notified by e-mail.
  • The winner's personal data will be forwarded to Hey Marly in order to provide the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, the prize will be drawn again and the claim to the prize will be forfeited.
  • If the prize cannot be allocated due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the participant's claim to the prize will lapse.
  • Hey Marly is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation or the prize draw if there are justified reasons, such as a breach of these terms and conditions of participation, manipulation, etc.
  • Reservation clause: Hey Marly reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if, for example, for technical reasons (viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
  • Hey Marly accepts no liability for the occurrence of technical problems and/or malfunctions.
  • Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
  • Legal recourse is excluded.
  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should a clause of these conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
  • Hey Marly reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
